The triangle of health are compose for fhisical, mental and social side and each one are equal importants. They have to be in balance but this balance don't maintain for pressures about the matter world. The mental side is a lot of affected for the pressure.
ResponderEliminarIn animals the stress happen when they are in dangerous and is for survive to another species, they do if for instint, maybe that happen with humans because when something alarm them they act like animals. It's good feel stress for save our life to dangerous, or when we have to do something to instant, but, when we are stressed all the time is bad for our health, our body become to acelerate and loose chemical ssubstances for all body and can produce a lot of diseases.
if we don't worry about things that don't matter, we can have a better and happy life. for example, a lot of time spend in things that don't matter and the things that matter we leave for the end and we stress with that. maybe if we only get stress in dangerous situations for survive we are more healthies.
the stress is one of the most importan health problems of this modern life , but is curous to know that strees is a natural body reaction. in the animal world the strees works with fear when an animal is in danger the strees the fear instinct is activated and the animal has two choises, run or fight. the humans have the same fear instinct but with an important difference: our mind is so powerful than it can create imaginary dangers and this is why the strees is created.89 This with the become a problem because with we are in panic we generate a lot of body fluids like insuline or adrenaline and this fluid needs to be evacuated of the human body. but it canot be because the danger a lot of times is imaginary. with time and with this fluids the body begin to be in danger and strees can generate an peptic ulcer or an increment of sugar in the blood and this could be very dangerous 170.the solution is simple we need to be more calm with the problems of the daily life. because almost every time this problems have simple solutions and maybe if we get a little time to analize this imaginary danger situations we could see the reality, the lost of sense and the simple solution that most of the time those have.230 also if we want to have an equilibrated live we need to have our mind calm because our mind could make us sick if we dont take care of it.
ResponderEliminarwe get stressed because we are working a lot, or because we don`t have time to do things that we want, also because we need to study for a test and we study a lot and when we do the test we feel like we will fail.
ResponderEliminari think that one of the benefit to be stress is that we do, sometimes the things better and faster when we are stress that when we aren`t. but if a person is stressed a lot he/she can`t get a benefit she/he get a danger for him/her. this person could do things that he doesn`t want to do for example a person could drink a lot and can be drunk and do things unconscious.
and how can we cope with stress?, i can give some advices that i think are good to cope with stress, for example to go to a spa and relax, for me the best way to cope with stress is to be relaxed, because you forget everything that is bother to you.
other way to cope with stress is learnig to do all the things right, i mean to do the things maybe slow but good and to organize the time to have time to do the work and things that we like and we can relax.
in conclusion we can be stress but have benefit, but we need to be careful to don`t stressed a lot because we can get a lot of problems.

One of them is because the world is more competitive, and the people want to be like other persons, and don´t accept their lives just how they are, leaving enjoy it, causing a social and mental imalance Talking about the competition, in the job, sometimes the people are exploited, and for this reason the body and the mind could be damage.
Another reason is the lack of control of your own mind, because you have worries, with no real reasons, creating a mental imbalance with a negative thinking.
Sometimes the people get stressed because don´t do the right thing, and get in troubles due to small things. Also the people get stressed because they have big problems, and don´t have the means to solve it.
The only one benefit of the streess that I see, is that some people need it to move. In the otherwise, the stress has a lot of dangers. The stress can damage the quality of life of the people, in the three main senses, mental, physiscal and social. The stress doesn´t only affect the person who suffer it, also could ham the people arround.
My advice to cope with the stress is to take good decisions and try to improve your life always.
We get stress because we have a lot of things and commitments to do at day or only we get stress for situations that happen and are harder to us. The brain works every day but also create imaginations and unfortunaly that imaginations create unreal dangerous and could create unnecessary stress. The brain has a part called Cerebellum and that help us to be alert because we react when we perceive that something bad, horrible or some thing like that could happen. If someone have stress their lungs are increse quickly just for a moment producing a sustance that can help us to get more energy.

The stress is a natural body reaction. It comes since de deepest place of our brain and happens as a phenomenon in ours life, even though nowadays is very common to live it even since an early age.
ResponderEliminarThe pressure of the society and hard life that people live time after time is one of the main reasons wich this happen.
Every single of these reasons are based in the triangle of health, wich concist in the divitionof the brain in three parts: Mental, Social and pshisical, being the mental side that controls the others two.
The panic is a reaction that sends a signal to the cerebelo that, instantly, produce a new reaction inside the body beginning with a faster breathing, then the liver starts to produce more sugar by insuline that the body needs that's why the heart's bit start to pump faster producing an excest of blood crearing a wear in the digestive organ and more energy as well. This is a matter of a second to happen.
Sometimes, the incredible power of our brain use to make up some situations that, even if it is improbable to happen, creat the same response of our body.
The stress is not as danger as people think. As a matter of fact, the stress can makes you react faster facing any situation and, due to the extra energy that your natural body reaction produce,people can do and think smarter and quicklier.
However, the excess of stress must not be part of our everyday life, it has its benefits and also dangers and we have to be ready to control all this constantly to have the balance in our triangle

ResponderEliminarI think the only reason we get stressed is because we make our minds think to many things that are unreal to our real lifes and sometimes we pressure ourselves to much for small reasons. Like Michelle said, maybe we get over stressed about a test, about studying too much for it, and at the end it´s the most easy test ever, and as well as the results. We put our minds into too much pressure.
I think a good benefit that stress can bring motivation to focus more on something you are currently doing. In fact, stress can help you accomplish tasks more efficiently. In the other side stress can cause a bad health, for instance bad sleep, headaches that happens when too many things are happening at once and you can´t get too all of them.
Good advice, to take life more calmly relax, and time is what we most have in life. (:
The health triangle is formed by three different but important sides: physical, social and mental. This three sides must have a balance if it isn't so, we will get stressed and get illnesses that will produce a worst damage to us. I think there are a lot factors which make we get stressed but it depends of the person for example an adult get stressed because of to almost ever they are thinking in all the things they have to do, in the money that their families need, nowadays the traffic has been converted in the principal cause of stress, fortunately it just happens at cities, another factor is the job sometimes people have to work very hard everyday more than 8 hours also they carry on with the job at home so it makes that hardly ever time beech to be relax... In the case of the students, we get stressed due to pressure that the jschool gives us, a final test, the test for the college, I think that it could be a little more common in an adult because they aren't so positive and sometimes they are thinking in unreal things with which they pretend to resolve the problems at the moment.
ResponderEliminargetting stressed makes that our brain begins to work faster than usual so we are developing our capacity to resolve a problem and it's good but by another side it causes that our body doesn't work very well and it could produce that we could fall into a coma or something like that. And all this happen because the ,health triangle has been damaged, even when we haven't damaged the three sides.

I like this video! because says the really.. normally we get stressed because start to imagine situations before do something and think it in negative reasons sometimes! a axample was the exam. we should line up with the time,and always think positive,enjoy the life, be relax! for example take your time for sleeping a little one in a while. so with the stresses can have benefits like a mind working all time but you can have problems too, a bad health with headaches, stomaches or can not get peace inside.

ResponderEliminarPretty much even a small thing like if you got late five minutes to work, you´re always thinking "what if a get fired or what if my boss get mad at me?" Thinking before it really happens.
The good thing is that our brain is always working but it also makes us ill, It affects our body health and that can be dangerous.
A good advice is that we should try not to think a lot, go for a walk and just put the mind in blank and see what´s around you. Or just breathe deeply.

I think some of the benefits could be, that keeps you alert and you can react better in dangerous situations.
today is very difficult to live without stress, but it is necessary to do it. We can start to take things calmly and try to live in a relaxed way. Doing things with taste and combine our obligations to our likes to create a balance. If we lived without stress, we could increase our productivity level and also have a healthy life.
